Allons enfants the capital, the day the French gastronomic glory arrived. Manja the Restaurant Week? It has a jewel event that works almost the same scheme, the Apéritif à la Française, which runs through June 12.
Enshrined in places like New York, Tokyo, Dubai, Milan, and obvious, Paris, the Apéritif happens for the second time in Sao Paulo. Are two types of menu: Apéritif Plaisir (£ 35) and Apéritif Prestige ($ 50).
Both include a drink and some food like vegetable tartine with brie cheese you saw above, creation of chef Julien Mercier that can be tasted at the restaurant Le Bilboquet. The price increases with booze, most of them stoned with Grey Goose vodka - is not the case of drink that you see next to the tartine, in which the mixologist Marcelo Vasconcellos merged Hennessy cognac and maple sour.
